Terms of Use | slop.game

These Terms govern your use of slop.game ("Slop", "we", "us"), including its app, website, AI game-creation tools, hosted games, and community features. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

Slop is a 13+ service. You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian permits your use. Residency information is optional and is not an account-eligibility requirement. Keep your account secure, provide accurate information, and take responsibility for activity under your account.

Creating, reviewing, and publishing games

Slop lets creators generate, submit, play, remix, and share web games. One platform-wide 13+ content standard applies to every game, whether it is generated, pasted, imported, unlisted, or submitted to public discovery.

Drafts remain creator-only. Every game submitted for public discovery is held off public feeds and search until an authorized reviewer approves it against Slop's 13+ content standard. An unlisted or pending-review game may be accessible to anyone who receives its link before public-discovery approval. Those games remain subject to automated safeguards, review, reporting, restriction, and removal. Approval is not an endorsement or a guarantee that content will be error-free.

Your content

You keep any rights you have in prompts, source files, comments, messages, and games you submit. AI output may not be copyrightable and may resemble output created for others. By publishing or sharing content through Slop, you grant Slop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, distribute, reproduce, moderate, and create previews of that content to operate and promote the service. Public games may be played, shared, and remixed with attribution.

Acceptable use and 13+ standard

All content you submit—including games, prompts, source, profile information, comments, and messages—must be suitable for a general teen audience age 13 and older.

Do not create, upload, message, or distribute content that exploits or sexualizes minors; is sexually explicit; depicts graphic or gratuitous violence; promotes terrorism, targeted hate, harassment, self-harm, unlawful threats, or serious crime; enables real-money gambling; exposes private information; infringes intellectual property; impersonates a real person; distributes malware; evades moderation or rate limits; manipulates platform metrics; or otherwise violates law.

You must review and test a generated or imported game before submitting it. You are responsible for having the rights to material you publish.

Community safety

Creators must accept these Terms before submitting content. Players can report games or chat messages and block creators in the app. We may review reported material, suspend or terminate accounts, restrict or remove content, preserve evidence, and cooperate with authorities when permitted or required. We treat child-safety concerns as urgent.

Credits, coins, and Shop items

The current mobile release grants free daily credits used for AI generation. Unused free credits reset daily, have no cash value, and are non-transferable. Real-money purchases are unavailable in this release. Users may earn and spend promotional virtual Slop Coins on in-app items. Slop Coins and items have no cash value and are non-transferable.

AI services

The app includes managed AI model choices provided through Slop. Managed requests may be routed to OpenAI, Moonshot AI (Kimi), or another provider identified in the app.

The current app does not accept user-supplied AI-provider API keys. If an older release stored a provider key locally, the current app attempts to delete that legacy key without reading or transmitting it.

Intellectual-property complaints

If you believe content infringes your rights, send a detailed notice identifying the work, the game URL or slug, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy-and-authority statement under penalty of perjury, and your signature to copyright@slop.game. Repeat infringers may be terminated.

Service changes and termination

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or non-functional. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may limit or terminate access for violations, risk, nonpayment, or legal requirements. You may stop using Slop or delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

Slop is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, preservation of content, earnings, non-infringement, or error-free AI output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for damages exceeding the greater of amounts paid to us in the prior 12 months or USD 100.

Apple Standard EULA

If you obtain Slop through Apple's App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If these Terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA on an App Store-specific matter, Apple's Standard EULA controls to the extent required.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Legal questions: legal@slop.game. We may update these Terms and will post the effective date above. Material changes may also be communicated in the app and may require renewed acceptance.
